Even made with Organically Grown, Single Origin Columbian Chocolate, which is among the tiny percentage of chocolates grown around the world called "Flavor Chocolates", the ones that are used to enhance the flavor of the average chocolate made primarily from the very basic Forestero beans coming in on bulk container ships that have passed through the hands of  Cargill or ADM.  The beans used in the truffles at Carter's have been turned into chocolate in the same local area where it is grown.
Then at Carter's we lovingly turn it into truffle centers flavored with unique combinations for an enticing experience that you won't find anywhere else.
Our truffles have been enjoyed in far away places, including France where there is no lack of fine chocolate to compare. 

These nuggets of pleasure can be purchased Individually or in boxes of 3, 4, 9, 16, or 20.

We have an extensive list of truffle flavors and various designs.  Many of our flavors are squares decorated with (edible) cocoa butter designs, and several of the newer flavors are molded.
